I have an ASUS MX279 (driver is current according to Windows: driver number 1.0.0.0 dated ) an an AMD Radeon HD 4290 video card (also with a current driver acc to windows--driver number 8.970.100.9001).

I upgraded to Windows 10 recently and it's not using all the real estate on my monitor.
